If you don't know the code, don't worry, the process is very easy. All you have to do is remove the radio and find the number (Serial Number) written on it or on the label next to it. If you enter that number into our application, you will learn the code in seconds.
The serial number is usually found on the label on the radio. In some vehicles (e.g. Fiorino), the label may also be on the side. If there is no label on the top or side, the serial number may be engraved on the radio side sheet (metal part).
You can easily remove it by inserting a nail or a thin tool into the 4 holes in the corners of some radios. You can also make the job easier by putting your hand through the glove box and pushing the radio from the back. You can watch our sample video explaining how it is done by clicking here

However, there is a condition for the refund to be made: While entering the code we gave you from the application into the radio, you must record an uninterrupted video and send it to us via WhatsApp. If we see in the video that the code does not open the radio, we refund your money immediately. If 'WAIT' is written on the screen, it means that the wrong code has been entered too many times and the radio has locked itself. In this case, the radio (and the vehicle's ignition) must be turned on. How long it will wait varies depending on the radio, we cannot give a time period. You should leave it on and wait until the code entry (CODE) text appears on the screen.
