If you don't know your password, don't worry at all, the process is very easy. Simply take the radio out and find the number (Serial Number) written on the label on it or next to it. If you enter that number into our application, you will learn your password in seconds.
The serial number is usually found on the label on top of the radio. In some vehicles (for example, Fiorino), the label can also be on the side. If there is no label on top or on the side, the serial number may be engraved on the side sheet metal of the radio.
You can easily remove some radios by inserting a nail or a thin tool into the 4 holes in their corners. You can also make the job easier by reaching your hand through the glove box and pushing the radio from behind. You can watch our sample video showing how it's done by clicking here.

If the screen says 'WAIT', it means the wrong code has been entered multiple times before and the radio has locked itself. In this case, the radio (and the vehicle's ignition) must be left on. How long it will keep you waiting varies depending on the radio, we cannot give a time. You should leave it on and wait until the code entry (CODE) text appears on the screen.
